Seattle Farm can host 400+ guests across our renovated Event Barn, 15,000 sq ft covered arena, and lawn. The flexible layout works for intimate gatherings of 50 as well as large weddings, corporate events, and charity auctions.

Fifteen minutes from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and downtown Seattle. The farm is perched on the south end of Beacon Hill between I-5 at Boeing Access Road and Lake Washington.

Yes. We have our preferred caterer who knows our farm best, but Seattle Farm is also an open-caterer venue, so you're welcome to hire any licensed outside caterer you prefer. We also have a warming kitchen on-site for caterer prep and service.

Yes. Most people utilize our preferred caterer, but we're happy to share our list of trusted local caterers who know our venue well. Just ask when you reach out, and we'll send recommendations based on your guest count, cuisine preferences, and budget.

Yes. The venue is ADA accessible. You can drive directly to the back of the event barn and people can enjoy events here without navigating any stairs! We have a fully ADA compliant wheelchair accessible bathroom, another large bathroom with grab bars and two other standard bathrooms. Wheelchairs can access all spaces easily and comfortably.

Yes. Tables and chairs are included with your rental. We have live edge wooden tables to seat 200 and additional tables with rustic off-white linens for 300 more. along with live-edge tables for gift, bar, and buffet setups.

Your rental includes on-site parking for up to 400 cars (seasonal), interactions with our friendly horses, WiFi throughout the barn and arena, a Sonos sound system, a dance floor, a warming kitchen, four luxury bathrooms, tables and chairs, rustic wedding arch. Guests can observe produce that grows at the farm and possibly harvest seasonal fruits.

Yes. We offer free on-site parking for up to 400 vehicles (capacity varies by season). No shuttles or off-site lots required, which is rare for a Seattle event venue of this size.

Yes. Seattle Farm is a private, family-owned and operated working farm. When you book an event, you have exclusive use of the grounds — no other events or public access during your rental.

Yes. Guests can meet and interact with our friendly, often homebred horses and see produce grown on the farm. We guide and teach your group about the farm's 100+ year history, making every event educational and memorable.
